How to use the membership pass
A pass with name, tier and “Member since”, with an optional monthly fee. No stamps.

Create the pass when you sign up (Membership pass) or from More → Card → + New card, with type Membership.

In More → Card → Membership, enter the pass name and add up to 4 tiers, each with its monthly fee and benefits. A tier with a 0 fee is free.

Tap Save changes. Benefits show on the back of the pass.

At the counter, scan the pass: tap Log visit, or Collect fee choosing 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The pass shows the date they're paid up to.

To move someone up or down a tier, choose the tier on their profile and tap Change tier. Only an Admin can do this.
What if…?
Does elay collect the fee for me?
No. You collect the fee at your counter as usual; in elay you just log it so the pass shows whether they're paid up.
How do I know who's behind?
The profile shows “Fee overdue since…” and the customer's pass says Overdue.
Can I have a membership and a stamp card at the same time?
Yes, as two separate cards for the same business, if your plan allows more than one program.
