How to set up a reward ladder

In-between rewards on the way to the goal, without resetting the card.

Open More → Card and tap Reward ladder.

In each row, enter the stamps and the reward, like 3 stamps → 10% off. Up to 4 steps, from 1 stamp up to one less than the goal.

Tap Save changes. The ladder shows on the back of the pass.

When a customer reaches a step, they get “You earned…!” and a button to redeem it appears on their profile.

When they reach the goal, the final reward works as usual and the card resets.

What if…?

I'm not on Ultimate. Can I use it?

Yes. The ladder can be added to your plan as a monthly extra. Ask for it on WhatsApp from More → Plan and payments.

Do they have to redeem the step right away?

No. They can redeem it now or on another visit, and keep collecting stamps meanwhile.

How do I delete a step?

Leave that row empty and save.
