How to ask for Google reviews automatically
One invitation per customer, a few hours after their visit, without saying a word at the counter.

Open More → Google reviews and turn on Ask for reviews automatically.

Under Your Google link, paste your profile's review link. If you have several locations, one per location: each review lands on the profile of the shop where they got the stamp.

Under When to ask, choose After collecting stamps or After redeeming rewards, and the number. Recommended: the 2nd stamp.

Under How long to wait, choose 3 hours, Next day or 3 days.

Tap Save. At the top you'll see how many invitations were sent and how many are scheduled.
What if…?
When exactly does it go out?
Between 10:00 and 20:00, your business's time. Never on the day they saved the card, and if they already got another notification from you that day, it waits until the next. Each customer gets it only once.
Can I change the message or offer something in return?
No. The text is fixed and the same for everyone: Google doesn't allow giving anything in exchange for a review, not stamps or discounts, and may remove them.
I don't want to send notifications, just have the link
Choose Only the link on the back of the pass, no notification. The “Write a review on Google” link stays on the pass so they can leave one whenever they want.
What about customers already past the number?
They're asked after their next stamp, not all on the same day.
