When a stamp fills the card, the customer gets “Card full! Claim your (reward)”. It's logged in the history as Reward ready.

If you have a reward ladder, reaching a step sends “You earned (reward)! Claim it on your next visit.”

When you redeem, their pass says “Reward redeemed! Your card starts over.”
What if…?
Do I have to do anything?
No. They go out on their own with each action in the scanner.
Do they count toward Growth's 24-hour wait?
No. Only the notifications you write yourself count.
