How the daily stamp limit works

A cap on stamps per customer per day, so nobody gets stamped twice by mistake.

Go to More → Business and find Daily stamp limit per customer.

Enter a number (between 1 and 100) and tap Save. It applies to all your locations.

If a location needs a different number, go to More → Locations, open that location and fill in Daily stamp limit. Blank uses the business default.

When a customer hits the cap, the dashboard says they've reached today's stamp limit and doesn't add more.

What if…?

Which limit does each team member use?

The one for the location assigned to them. People who work at all locations use the business default.

When does it reset?

At midnight, in your business's time zone.

Does undoing a stamp free up the slot?

Yes. An undone stamp doesn't count toward the day's limit.
