How to undo a stamp

Stamped by mistake? Fix it from the customer's profile in one tap.

Open the customer's profile: scan their pass or find them in Customers.

Tap Undo last stamp, below the main buttons.

The stamp is removed and the customer's pass updates on its own. Their activity shows it as Stamp undone.

What if…?

Can I undo several stamps?

Only the last stamp can be undone. If there was another undo or a redemption after it, the dashboard tells you there's no recent stamp to undo.

Can I undo a redeemed reward?

No. That's why it's best to redeem only when the customer actually takes the reward.

What if that stamp had earned a reward ladder step?

That step's reward is removed along with the stamp.
