How to add questions to the sign-up form

Up to 3 questions of your own, like “How did you hear about us?”, on top of name, email and phone.

Professional and up ⏱ 3 minutes Where: More → Business → Sign-up form

Open More → Business and scroll down to Sign-up form.

Type the question, for example How did you hear about us?

Choose Free text or List of options. For a list, type the options separated by commas.

Check Required if it can't be left blank, and tap Save.

To ask for birthdays, turn on Ask for their birthday at sign-up in More → Card → Reward and stamps.

Where do I see the answers?

In the customers CSV: each question is an extra column.

How do I delete a question?

Leave its name blank and tap Save.

Can I ask for birthdays on Growth?

Yes. The birthday isn't a custom question: you turn it on in Reward and stamps on any plan.
