How a customer joins
They scan your QR code, fill in a short form and save the card to their phone.

The customer scans the QR code on your counter with their phone's camera, or opens the link you shared.

They enter their name and their email or phone. If you turned them on, also their birthday (optional) and your own questions.

They tap Join now.

They tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet, then Add or Save in the window that opens.

Done: they show up in Customers and you can give them their first stamp.
What if…?
Do they need to download an app?
No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come with the phone.
What if they were already signed up?
If they use the same email or phone, they get their same card back, with their stamps.
What if I've reached my plan's card limit?
New customers see a message that no new cards can be added for now. Customers who already have one keep using it.
