What to do if the card won't open

It's almost always fixed by opening the link in Safari or Chrome.

If you opened the link from Instagram, Facebook or another app, tap ⋯ or the menu and choose to open it in the browser.

On iPhone, open it in Safari. On Android, in Chrome.

Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet again, then Add or Save.

On Android, if Google Wallet doesn't open, install or update the Google Wallet app from the Play Store and try again.

If it still doesn't work, ask the business to resend your link.

I'm on a computer

The card is saved to your phone. Open the same link on your phone.

It says new cards can't be added

The business has reached its plan's limit for now. Let the staff know.

I don't see my new stamps

Connect to the internet and open the card: it updates on its own within a few seconds.
