What to do if you got a new phone

Your stamps aren't stored on the phone: save the card again and they're all there.

    Scan the shop's QR code again from your new phone.

    Sign up with the same email or phone you used the first time.

  3. 3

    Save the card to your wallet: it's the same card, with all your stamps.

    You can also ask the business to send you your link on WhatsApp.

What if…?

Do I lose my stamps?

No. Your stamps are kept by the business, not on your phone.

I switched from iPhone to Android (or the other way)

It works the same: when you open the link on your new phone, you get the right wallet button.

On iPhone, does it move over on its own?

If you use the same Apple account, Apple Wallet usually brings your cards to the new iPhone. If it doesn't show up, follow the steps above.
