How to send a notification to a group

Everyone, no visit in N days, close to a reward, new customers or this month's birthdays.

Open More → Audiences. You see your customers grouped, with a count for each group.

No visit in N days: change the number of days to see who's going cold.

Tap Send notification on the group you want. The notification opens with that audience already selected.

Write the message and tap Send.

What if…?

Which groups are there?

All your customers; No visit in N days; Close to a reward (1 or 2 stamps to go); New (last 7 days) and Birthdays this month.

Which ones come with Growth?

All and No visit. Close to a reward, New and Birthdays this month are from Professional.

Does Birthdays this month include everyone?

Only customers who shared their birthday when they signed up.
